  If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady that I dealt with at this company was VERY rude and unprofessional. I called legacy about a property they had for rent because I wanted to know the square footage of the property since it was not listed online. Monica told me that she could guess the square footage or look it up...if I'm calling to ask about the square footage why in the world would I want you to guess!! I told her that I would like her to look it up and after several moments of being frazzled she finally tells me. I called back a few days later to schedule an appointment to see the place. When I asked Monica when I could see it she said I have it down to call you on friday... So I respond does that mean you can show it on friday and she answers I HAVE IT DOWN TO CALL YOU FRIDAY OKAY. At this point, the only reason I am still dealing with this lady is because I really like this place but she is proving to be a very rude person to deal with. She finally calls Friday and made the appointment with me and then said that she would "call me before to make sure that I was gonna show up".. Now I understand what she is trying to say but there is a much more polite way of saying this. 2 hours before our scheduled appointment she calls me on a private number to cancel our appointment. I ask her when she can reschedule it and she tells me she will have to let me know... The next day I get a notification from hotpads that the condo has been taken off the market. I don't know how this company is still in business with the co-owner being as rude and unprofessional as she is. I would NEVER rent from them.
